This program helps homeowners save money on their energy bills so you can focus on other family priorities like health care, food, and other necessities. It’s part of the safety net services your community makes available to people who happen to fall on hard times. Everyone has hard times, but high energy costs shouldn’t be one of them. There’s help available to make things easier – at no cost to you.
